In this trial lesson we will get to know each other and I will listen to your goals and interests. I will also try to assess your language level by doing a short test and a little conversation.

These classes are designed to learn German in every aspect. This means that you will learn both vocabulary and grammar and we will train simultaneously listening, reading, writing and speaking. The classes are, of course, tailored to the students needs and goals, so I will give bigger focus to the abilities the student wants to acquire. However, my first focus will always be understanding and speaking the language, because we say "to speak a language", and not "to write" or "to know the grammar of the language". I work with a book and many different materials (videos, articles, online exercises, games, songs etc.). In addition to that, I take notes of mistakes that we will correct together, with the necessary explanations and examples. Everything we did in class will be collected in a document shared with you. I also share a folder where you have access to all the materials we used. Regarding exercises, the best is to have the book that already provides many. However, I often add exercises also to the shared folder. 

IMPORTANT: 
- I work with a book. However, the book itself works as a guide, which means that we will use additional material provided by me. It's up to the student if he/she wants to purchase the book. 
- The class will finish 5 minutes earlier, so that I can prepare for the next class and be punctual. So consider that, for example, a 30 minutes lesson will be a 25 minutes lesson.
- I do not want to be recorded. 
- If you have to cancel a lesson, please let me know 24 hours before, otherwise the lesson will be fully charged.

Deutsch A1-B2

This class focuses on conversation. It is perfect for beginners who want to strengthen their speaking ability and also people who have studied German for a while but are still unsure about speaking. It can be a free conversation as well as a topic-based conversation. You decide! You are also free to choose the topic and vocabulary you'd like to focus on. Otherwise I'll likely pick a topic and start a conversation from there. At the end of the lesson you will receive from me the notes I took during the class with the relevant vocabulary and useful phrases, and also with your mistakes and the corrections. The goal is to speak, but also to speak correctly, so I tend to give a brief explanation of why I corrected you. If you prefer to prepare a little bit before our conversation, I can send you materials (mainly videos) related to the topic also before class.
