In a trial lesson a student can expect to get to know the teacher and more about what lessons would look like. It is also an opportunity for the teacher to get familiar with the students language learning goals and study methods that work best. In the trial lesson the student can expect an informal chat with the teacher on how lessons will be conducted.

In this lesson, students can expect a fun and engaging environment which actively involves children in their language learning journey. In this lesson children, aged 7-12 will be exposed to the English language in a way that suits them best. Language learning is an exciting experience, not a daunting one. As a teacher, I aim to passionately engage with children in their language learning journey. I believe lessons should be catered to the student and so I am comfortable adapting lessons to students needs.

The lesson will be conducted around PowerPoint presentations with the option of additional study material should it be required. The topic of the lessons will center around themes that the child is wanting to improve on or interested in.

English for Children

This lesson is a fun and engaging way to practice your conversational skills! This lesson is focuses on engaging with general and conversational English in a creative way.

The focus of this lesson is to engage listening and speaking English skills centered around the students chosen topic. Topics can include literature, film and media, social conversation, business conversation and so on. Study materials can be provided that assist the student in learning new vocabulary. Discussions and debates will be an important part of this lesson.

I am currently enrolled in my four year law degree. This degree is a foundational law degree touching on key areas of South African law such as criminal law, civil law, commercial law and employment law.
