That’s because despite learning the language you have not yet mastered pronunciation and that sometimes makes it difficult for you to be understood. 

This is nothing to do with your accent. Native English speakers all have different accents but we all understand correct pronunciation. English is not a phonetic language and that means words are not pronounced as they are spelled and this can be very confusing for non-native speakers. As well as learning grammar and vocabulary, you have to learn correct pronunciation.

I have a solution to your problem. I am British former lawyer and public speaker. I have been an advocate in several courts, made presentations to companies and conferences and even appeared on TV and radio. 

I use sound exercises, reading exercises and I even make audio files that you can use to practice on your own. The key is repetition, repetition, repetition and, I warn you, it’s hard work. But all that hard work will pay off and you can learn to pronounce English correctly and make yourself clear.
