Spanish conversation classes

Learn the basics of the Spanish Grammar that will allow you to start having conversations. You will be able to speak about yourself, give personal information, and also ask others about themselves. You will be able to interact with people using the Presente Simple del Modo Indicativo, El Imperativo, and lots of vocabulary that will expand your understanding of the language.

Spanish 1

Having mastered the present tense in Spanish 1, you will move on to the past, present progressive, present perfect, conditional, and future tenses, along with learning commands, stem-changing verbs and reflexive verbs1. The big idea of Spanish 2 is differentiating and mastering the preterite and imperfect tenses, and using them in a variety of settings1.

Topics in Spanish 2 include air and train travel, including airports and train stations, daily routine, hygiene, backpacking and camping, and food and restaurants. Skills are developed through more advanced reading, writing, and listening activities, as well as opportunities for practice speaking.

In addition to the above topics, you may also learn how to ask for the time and tell the time to others2. You will develop pronunciation, fluency and intonation through practice2. You will learn how to conjugate verbs in the present tense2 and report on daily routines and favored activities2. You may also appreciate the different ‘r’ sounds in the Spanish language2.
