In the trial lesson, I would like to introduce myself and ask the student to do the same. It is the opportunity to meet each other and see the level of the student to know where we need to start. To do this, I might pose questions and ask the student to speak about different topics that are of his/her interest like hobbies, work, city / country where the student lives, etc. At the end of the session, it's the moment to explain the materials and methodology I will use and the general structure of my lessons. The aim is to put into practice vocabulary and grammar that the student has learned in the past or that the student is currently learning on his own, with an app, audiobook, etc. where the focus is to grow the range of vocabulary but maybe there is no time to practice enough, or spoken skills are not really reinforced. These lessons are the chance to jump straight into practice and use what you have learned, while building on that thanks to my feedback, corrections and new vocab, expressions and grammar that will come up during our exercises.  We will discuss, debate, chat, and roleplay about different topics and scenarios to get your French fluent and increase confidence when speaking.

Conversation en français avec une profe multilingue

Classes that are designed for students who know the basics or have some prior experience with Spanish and would like to develop the language further. We will cover grammar and vocab all in a conversational way, by means of questions, games and roleplays so you can put into practice what you've just learned. I also use texts and videos as a departing point to introduce a topic or some grammar.  Don't worry, I won't have you fill in a grammar exercise for the whole lesson!

These lessons are designed for students in their Y11-Y12 who are preparing the IB Spanish Ab Initio examination and would like to reinforce their skills.
