In the trial lesson, I would like to introduce myself and ask the student to do the same. It is the opportunity to meet each other and see the level of the student to know where we need to start. To do this, I might pose questions and ask the student to speak about different topics that are of his/her interest like hobbies, work, city / country where the student lives, etc. At the end of the session, it's the moment to explain the materials and methodology I will use and the general structure of my lessons. Feel free to ask if you have any questions!

The aim is to put into practice vocabulary and grammar that the student has learned in the past or that the student is currently learning on his own, with an app, audiobook, etc. where the focus is to grow the range of vocabulary but maybe there is no time to practice enough, or spoken skills are not really reinforced. These lessons are the chance to jump straight into practice and use what you have learned, while building on that thanks to my feedback, corrections and new vocab, expressions and grammar that will come up during our exercises.  We will discuss, debate, chat, and roleplay about different topics and scenarios to get your French fluent and increase confidence when speaking.
