In this 30-minute trial, we’ll get to know each other, talk about your Turkish experience and goals, and do a little conversation so I can understand your level.

Depending on what you need, we might practise everyday Turkish, travel situations, university life, pronunciation or simply have a fun conversation about Turkish culture.

And yes, I might ask the important questions: Baklava or sütlaç? İstanbul or İzmir? 😄

At the end, I’ll suggest what I think would work best for you and how we can structure future lessons.

Learn practical Turkish for everyday conversations, travel, Erasmus, or living in Turkey, starting Turkish from zero? This lesson is for you. We’ll focus on practical Turkish you can immediately use in daily life. We can practise introductions, ordering food, asking questions, shopping, travel, and basic conversations. I’ll explain grammar when you need it, but the main goal is to help you start speaking confidently.

Turkish for Beginners | Speak from Day 1

Do you choose baklava or sütlaç? And more importantly… Trabzon or İzmir? 😄

If you already understand Turkish but want to actually have fun speaking it, this lesson is for you.

We’ll have real conversations about Turkish food, cities, culture, everyday life, opinions, weird little cultural differences; basically anything that makes you say “wait, why do Turkish people do this?”

Maybe we’ll debate whether baklava is better than sütlaç. Maybe I’ll ask you which Turkish city you would be if you were a city. Maybe we’ll discover that you secretly have very strong opinions about Turkish breakfast. 🇹🇷

Along the way, I’ll help you expand your vocabulary, sound more natural, improve pronunciation, and notice the small mistakes that keep you from speaking comfortably.

No boring textbook conversations. Just Turkish, curiosity, and probably some very unnecessary arguments about food. 😄

Coming to Turkey for Erasmus, university, or an international experience? Let’s make Turkish less intimidating! 🇹🇷
We will figure out how to have your best experiences in Turkey with local language and local lifestyle!

We’ll practise the Turkish you’ll actually need: introducing yourself, making friends, ordering food, using public transport, shopping, asking for help, dealing with university life and surviving those situations where everyone suddenly starts speaking Turkish. 😄

We can also talk about Turkish culture, social life and everyday situations so you can feel more comfortable communicating with people rather than just memorising grammar. (The best thing is çay + gossip sessions!)
