A lesson where we can get to know each other a bit, so you can get a feel for me and my style of talking and see if it works for you. It's also a chance for me to see what your current level of Dutch is and for you to tell me what your goals are. Also feel free to book this lesson if you're a bit low on funds but want to do a lesson anyway!

This lesson is for you if you want to feel comfortable having a conversation with a Dutch speaker where you understand each other, without worrying too much about correct grammar. 

This is the most relaxed lesson I provide. We will just have a very laid-back chat, where I will not correct too much of your grammar or pronunciation, as long as I understand you. If you really just want to see how you would manage in a regular conversation with a Dutch person, this is the lesson for you. The topics of conversation can be anything, you can let me know in advance what you're interested in and we can talk about those things. You can also ask me about Dutch culture, or I can ask you some questions about your culture or anything else about your life and ideas.

The goal of this lesson is to make you feel comfortable speaking Dutch, to have a conversation that flows naturally, where we both understand each other.

Conversation flow

This lesson is for you if you if you want to work on a presentation, a talk or preparing for an interview and you want to specifically work on improving your grammar and pronunciation or how to phrase certain things.

In this lesson we can work together on your presentation, talk or interview. I will correct your grammar and pronunciation and help you come up with better or more effective ways to phrase some of the things you want to say.

The goal of this lesson is to prepare for something specific like a presentation or an interview so you can go into it with more confidence.

Interview or presentation preparation

This lesson is for you if don't feel totally comfortable just having a conversation out of nowhere. By using a written text you might feel more at ease. This lesson also works well if you have a specific text (can be any kind of text!) you want to read and need some help understanding everything.

In this lesson we will read a text together. My suggestion is that you read out loud so I can help you with your pronunciation. I will also explain vocab and phrases you don't understand, and I might ask you some questions about the text to make sure you really understand it. You can provide a text you want to read, or you tell me some things you're interested in and I will provide a text.

The goal of this type of lesson is to work on your pronunciation, vocab and understanding of written text.
