I will evaluate your English level and help you select an interesting book to read with me in class. I will give you the book for FREE. 

IMPROVE YOUR PRONUNCIATION: We will take turns reading out loud so you can listen to and practice correct English pronunciation. 

INCREASE YOUR VOCABULARY RAPIDLY: I will explain the meaning of new vocabulary words, so we can read without long pauses to look up the words in a dictionary. You will learn new words much more quickly than by other methods because you are learning in the context of a story and because you will see the words repeated. Language research says you will learn new vocabulary 10 to 20 times faster by reading, than by using traditional methods.

IMPROVE YOUR GRAMMAR RAPIDLY: The science of language learning tells us the best way to improve English grammar is to read extensively. As you do, your brain will unconsciously absorb grammar. This is much MORE FUN AND EFFECTIVE than studying grammar in textbooks! :-)

TOEFL Test Success ️🏆 (Prepare enjoyably to get high scores!)

20 hour TEFL Business English course. I studied the differences between TEFL and teaching Business English, identifying students’ needs, teaching grammar and vocabulary, using authentic materials, creating effective lesson plans, understanding language for meetings, negotiations and networking, current teaching methodology, and assessing progress. It enabled me to effectively help business people learn to use English in their employment.

The course included 120 hours of online TEFL training. I studied the theory of TEFL, planning effective lessons, classroom management, practical teaching tips, teaching vocabulary and grammar, and creating a great learning environment. the course required the completion of actual lesson plans and exams, and included constructive feedback from experienced tutors. It provided the knowledge and confidence to teach English as a second language.

I studied the Greek language for two years, took courses on public speaking and teaching methodologies, and developed critical thinking skills.

I studied the Bible, theology, Greek, Hebrew, teaching methodology, preaching, counseling, and history.

I studied courses in English, education, history, science and Bible.

I studied communication, organizational development, leadership, and counseling.

I had business English students with a wide variety of skill levels. This gave me experience in developing lesson plans and teaching methods to help students at different stages of learning.

My extensive experience working with students of all ages studying a variety of subjects enables me to adapt my lessons and teaching styles to a variety of students.

I taught a doctoral course on leadership. It gave me experience in developing lesson plans and teaching in an engaging and interesting way.

I delivered over 1,000 spoken messages and lessons to adults on a huge variety of topics. I developed professional skills in  preparing clear outlines and lesson plans and in presenting challenging information clearly.

As a church fundraising consultant I teach adults how to implement a proprietary program to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy land and build or remodel church facilities. This has given me extensive business experience which I use to teach Business English courses.

I taught students from 10 different nations in an international school. This gave me extensive experience in communicating in clear English and in developing lesson plans and relating to people from many different countries and cultures.
