Trial lesson - This lesson is to establish the student's language needs and goals. The trial lesson will also provide the teacher with an insight as to the purpose of why the student is learning English. For example, are the lessons just for personal development, business or for taking a language exam. The trial lesson helps to provide the foundation for  a student and teacher rapport which is fundamental in language learning, and why learning from  human teachers is better. The lesson will also provide the student with an insight to the material that will be used in their lessons.

In this lesson the student will learn the vocabulary, read, and then discuss a topic chosen by the student, whereby they can practice expressing, a thought, opinion and their feelings on a particular topic, moreover, the student will use the freely.
