Conversation

Managing a support team has given me the opportunity to train and connect with many different types of people. It has also introduced me to the world of IT which can be very universal when connecting to students through English. With managing comes training and with training comes teaching, that role of a teacher at my job has really opened up my abilities to support my students in the most affective way.
