Trial lessons will typically involve having a general conversation about yourself, your interests and your experience of learning English. All materials are provided so you just need to bring yourself! Please note- these classes are only suitable for adults.

These classes help to prepare students for the Cambridge FCE or CAE, and cover all parts of the examination:
- Reading and Use of English

- Writing
- Speaking

All materials are provided and I also give students practice activities every week as homework so that they receive regular feedback and so that I can track their progress.

Cambridge FCE (B2) and CAE (C1)

If you are looking for a more structured way of learning which involves practising different English skills, then general classes are for you! These will be tailored to your needs and will focus on the skills you feel you want to practice the most, such as grammar, reading, vocabulary, writing etc. All materials are provided and all students will also have the option of getting homework after every class. Please note- these classes are only suitable for adult learners.

General English classes

If you are looking to improve your speaking skills and become more fluent then conversation classes are for you! These will give you the opportunity to practise your speaking with a native teacher in a more informal setting. Although I prepare topics to discuss for each class, I encourage my students to lead the conversation and share something interesting that they might have recently come across, for example, a film, article or book etc. Please note- these classes are only suitable for adult learners.

English conversation classes

These classes are suitable for students who wish to practise their interview skills for a job or university application. These classes will be done in the style of a mock interview, and students will also receive help with their pronunciation and grammar. All mock questions will be provided, but the student is also encouraged to prepare their own responses and possible questions beforehand.

Interview Preparation

These classes are suitable for students who wish to improve their English grammar skills. All materials are provided and classes will involve practical grammar practice, as well as homework for the student to do between classes.
