En estas clases vamos a trabajar diferentes temas relacionados con la salud: estilo de vida, salud física y mental, hábitos de autocuidado, entre otros. Son ideales tanto para personas que trabajan en el ámbito de la salud como para quienes simplemente se interesan por estos temas.

Cuento con varios años de experiencia como terapeuta ocupacional en el área de salud mental y neurorrehabilitación, trabajando con personas con diversas discapacidades. Por eso, este es un tema muy significativo para mí.

En cada clase te ofreceré algún artículo, video o recurso que te ayudará a ampliar tu vocabulario y profundizar en los contenidos.
