☕️ Do you want to have spontaneous chats to practice your conversational English? Be prepared to talk! In this lesson, you are the barista - the architect of your own learning and success. I will encourage you and we will address vocabulary and difficulties as they arise.
✨As a slight modification, we can choose a specific topic to focus on.

☕️ Do you prefer a bit more structure to a lesson? I have a few options for you! 

A] Guided conversation classes on various topics. I will send you a few options and let you choose before the lesson. This requires no preparation on your part, just show up and engage!

B] 'Reading Club': You will receive a choice of articles, choose one that piques your interest, read the article before the lesson, then we will discuss it together and ensure you not only understand the article, but can confidently speak about the topic thereafter.

C] Lessons personalized to your specific needs. We will work on the 4 skills (reading, listening, speaking, writing) and the 3 systems (grammar, vocabulary, functional language).

‼️ Must be strong A2-B1. If below (A1-A2), we will focus primarily on the systems needed at lower levels before true skills and conversational abilities are feasible.

Each mini-course contains structured lessons which will help you improve your English skills across the 4 skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening) and the 3 systems (grammar, vocabulary, functional language).

>After the course concludes, continue to book the "English Cafe" option to take more lessons with me at your level! 

>These courses cover important grammar/functional language for each level, but do not increase your level. To obtain A2 from A1 requires 100-200 hours of practice. Each CEFR level you wish to reach will require an additional 200-300 hours of practice. Don't lose hope!

This mini-course is full of interactive lessons which help you expand vocabulary, practice useful language and grammar, and improve your receptive and productive skills in English - all while focusing on the world of business.

The Business Blend |💼| Mini-Courses for Business-Related English

This option serves as: 1) A trial lesson if you are new to me OR 2) A one-time discounted lesson offer after your trial lesson with me. If the lesson serves as a trial, I will send you a Google Form document to complete prior to our lesson (a needs analysis).

If you are a new student to me, or have only done a trial lesson, you can book this lesson option ONE time and then continue future lessons with: The English Cafe |☕| or a mini course.

I will create a Google Doc for you as I do for all of my students. There, you will see a summary of our lesson, words/phrases that you did well with or struggled with, and some feedback.
