Class description

Being judged the moment you open your mouth is not unique to Britain. But Britain has turned it into an art form. In this class we examine one of the world's most persistent and peculiar social hierarchies, a system defined not just by money, but by accent, education, hobbies and what you order at a restaurant. Is it possible to escape your class, and the judgments of British people that follow from it? And is Britain's obsession with social status really so different from your own country? *My full italki profile: https://www.italki.com/en/teacher/8425021
