Class description

You only know how to say "Bonjour" and "Merci" in French ? Then, you have come to the right place ! You have always wondered how French sounds, how different French is from your mother tongue, how to introduce yourself in French and learn some basic greetings and expressions. Then, you have come to the right place ! Content : In this 1st lesson, we will learn how to say your name, ask someone's name, say your and someone's nationality. We will read dialogues, explain vocabulary and grammar, practice the new expressions as a whole group or in pairs. The lesson will be conducted in French and in English (when there will be explanations and instructions). There is nothing to prepare for this 1st lesson of course.

After this class, you’ll have learned

During this lesson : - you will learn some useful greetings - you will pratice how to ask "What's your name ?" and how to answer - you will learn to ask questions with "quel" and "comment" - you will have learn how to distinguish grammatical genders in French - you will practice how to make a liaison between some words - you will learn how to conjugate some important verbs
