Business and career-Business strategies

Class description

We all recognise unprofessional behaviour when we see it; lateness, poor dress, over-familiarity with clients. But do results, image, attitude or even just good manners make someone professional? In this lesson we'll consider whether professionalism is really just quiet obedience in disguise, and whether class, gender and culture determine who is seen as professional. Is 'being yourself' at work honest, or the quickest way to be seen as unprofessional? *My full italki profile: https://www.italki.com/en/teacher/8425021
