Class description

This is an amazing lesson where students will learn to speak about flying, airports, and traveling. We'll cover the basic vocabulary necessary to use at an airport/plane. Then, we'll practice some situational dialogues with a partner so that we become comfortable speaking at an airport. We'll also discuss our opinions about air travel and our preferences. It's going to be a very dynamic lesson, full of speaking opportunities for students. We tend to have 4-5 breakout sessions where students get to speak one-to-one with another student in a separate room. This helps fluency and builds conversation skills.

After this class, you’ll have learned

-learn to use airport/airplane/air travel vocabulary and expressions -learn to express your opinion and preferences in relation to air travel, flying, and airports -practice using the present continuous in travel-related sentences -learn to ask questions in the present continuous about traveling -be able to answer questions about traveling by plane -be able to talk about situations that could arise at an airport
