Class description

At work confidence is often seen as a key ingredient for success. But not all confidence is equal. Some people build confidence through competence, discipline, and experience. Others rely on appearance, performance, or external validation. In this class, we will examine the difference between confidence that is earned and confidence that is performed. We'll discuss where confidence comes from, how it develops, and when it becomes arrogance or insecurity disguised as strength. My full italki profile: https://www.italki.com/en/teacher/8425021
