Class description

This group class is for English students over the age of 18 at a B1 intermediate level, who want to have a lively chat with a tutor and other students from around the world in a relaxed atmosphere. You can play a game to describe things, people and places, choosing the right relative pronoun ("which", "that", "who", "whose" or "where") and using it in a sentence for the other students to guess. Before the class, I will send some material which you can use to find out about or revise how to use relative pronouns. If you want to check if the class is suitable for you or if you have any other questions, you're welcome to contact me before booking.

Meet your teacher

Helen Low

I can relate to the practical, everyday challenges of using a foreign language, since I studied Russian at University and spent a year living in Russia, where I first started teaching English. I'm also interested in history and literature, and enjoy the opportunity to explore language and culture with my students.
