Class description

The world is changing quickly, and there's always something interesting happening somewhere in the world. In this relaxed group lesson, we'll look at some recent news stories and discuss them. The topic will change every time, and we'll have lots of chances to talk to other students at an intermediate level (B1-B2) and share your views and opinions. Don't feel nervous - I'm a friendly and patient teacher, with a native British English accent.

After this class, you’ll have learned

You'll get lots of time to: - practise reading news stories in English from around the world - improve your English vocabulary - become more confident speaking in a group setting to new people - exchange your views with other students in a friendly setting - discuss the news stories with other students and your teacher - learn how to debate and present your opinions

I'm a supportive and patient teacher and I really love doing my job. It's great to see students grow and develop their English language skills.
