Have you ever had difficulty communicating with people from a different culture, even when you’re speaking the same language? What makes this communication complicated, and how can we overcome these differences? Participate in this series of discussions during which we will ask and answer these questions and more! Examine how our cultures influence our social interactions, and learn more about what it means to live in an increasingly global society. Led by a teacher who is passionate about intercultural communication, having traveled extensively, lived in several different countries and worked with students internationally for years.

I have over fifteen years of teaching experience in and outside of the classroom. I have taught students ages 11-18 in classrooms in the United States and taught individual lessons to young people and adults in the United States and Spain.
