Class description

This is a a great lesson where we'll learn to ask for help and to give assistance. We'll use computer/IT situations because those are the most common instances of asking for/giving help these days. We'll also talk about computers and technology. We'll have plenty of partner activities and there will be a lot of one-to-one speaking activities.

After this class, you’ll have learned

-Learn common computer/IT/technology/gadget vocabulary (the one that is used on an everyday basis by common people) -Learn to describe a problem -Learn to offer assistance and to clarify the problem -Learn to give basic technical directions (again, everyday common problems. Not advanced industry specific computer language) -Practice real-world practical real-world conversations about technology, computers, and gadgets

Meet your teacher

David Alexander

I discovered teaching when I was 23 years old and I've been doing it for more than ten years. I've taught in Asia, the Middle East, America, and Europe. I'm in love with the process of giving myself fully to the student and to the world. I've won many teaching awards including Teacher of the Year in an American high school and I've been featured in many training videos around the world. Students love how lively I am in the classroom. My passion is contagious and it creates an electric and dynamic atmosphere. I believe that we should train the mind to go further and learning a new language is a great way to do this. I know how to get results while making the learning experience memorable.
