Class description

This Spanish lesson is perfect for English speakers who are just starting to learn Spanish. If you know some Spanish but are still in the beginning stages this lesson is for you. We'll talk about the place we live; learn some practical language related to houses, apartments, and streets; and practice using place markers (in front of, next to, etc.) in Spanish. You'll get some speaking practice as well as some practical Spanish that you can use on an everyday basis.

After this class, you’ll have learned

-vocabulary related to homes, apartments, buidlings, streets -practice using the verb "vivir" (to live) -practice using basic verbs such as estar, ser, gustar, tener, etc. -practice using place markers (al lado de, lejos de, a la derecha de, etc.) -learn to describe where you live

I discovered teaching when I was 23 years old and I've been doing it for more than ten years. I've taught in Asia, the Middle East, America, and Europe. I'm in love with the process of giving myself fully to the student and to the world. I've won many teaching awards including Teacher of the Year in an American high school and I've been featured in many training videos around the world. Students love how lively I am in the classroom.
