This is a class for learning how to have small talk with people in English. We will look at some vocabulary. There is an article for you to read before the class. Questions on the article. Group conversation on small talk covering areas such as, work, entertainment, food, travel and daily life.

After this class, you’ll have learned

By the end of the lesson you will have had chance to learn some new vocabulary and gained some confidence in a group conversation. You will have seen and tried out some new phrases for practicing your small talk.

I am not teaching 😊 Qualified teacher, nearly 30 years of experience. Adults.📚 ILETS. 🧒🏻 Kids.

I AM NOT TEACHING AT PRESENT: I am a highly qualified teacher with almost 30 years of experience, having taught students from ages 6 to 80. I hold a BSc (hons) degree, a Masters in Education, a PGCE teaching qualification, as well as a TEFL certificate and the ILETS teaching qualification. As a teacher, I am known for being calm, supportive, happy, and positive in my approach to teaching.
