INTRODUCTION:
Got something on your mind that you’re itching to find out whether others have done it? Join us to ask and let them tell you whether or not they have from their own mouths in a session of “Have You Ever…?”.
IN THIS CLASS:
(1) You will answer questions about whether or not you have ever done something.
(2) You will contribute one “Have you ever…?” question to the pool of questions to be selected from.
THIS CLASS IS FOR:
(1) Those who are curious to find out if others have done or experienced something particular.
(2) Those who are comfortable answering questions about what they’ve done or experienced, whether serious or a little wacky.
MATERIALS NEEDED:
Have You Ever Note-taking Sheet
PREPARATION:
(1) Choose 1 question you would like to ask others whether or not they’ve done or experienced it. Write it in the form of “Have you ever…?” (Examples: Have you ever told someone you had a crush on how you felt about them? Have you ever run for an office in a governmental organization? Have you ever witnessed a crime in action?) Then, send it to the teacher before the class start time for it to be added to the pool of student and teacher generated questions.
(2) Decide the name you prefer the teacher and group members to call you during the session, and enter it as your Display Name on Zoom.
After this class, you’ll have learned
You will demonstrate your ability to get to know things about others by allowing yourself and others to ask and answer questions out of curiosity.
