This course is designed to help learners to further improve their Chinese language skills and to be able to handle more complex and abstract language tasks and communication situations.

I can confidently engage in conversations and handle routine tasks in various social situations related to work, school, hobbies, interests, and areas of expertise. I have a wide vocabulary and good language control, which allows me to speak fluently without frequent pauses or the need for corrections on familiar topics. While the influence of other languages I know may be present in my pronunciation, stress, and intonation patterns, it rarely affects successful communication. I can perform many tasks associated with the Advanced level, although I may not always maintain this level consistently. I can narrate and describe events in different time frames using connected discourse of paragraph length. Sometimes, I may struggle with certain aspects of narration or description, such as maintaining the appropriate time frame or sustaining paragraph-length discourse, or I may experience limitations in the breadth and appropriateness of vocabulary.
