Class description

EN This class is perfect for those who already have some knowledge of the language and want to practise speaking it. It doesn't matter if you make mistakes, the important thing is to speak and gain confidence. In the sessions, we develop fun and interactive activities that help us talk about a variety of topics. Whether we're talking about our travelling experiences, telling funny stories or discussing current affairs, there's always something interesting going on in class. What's more, we have the opportunity to meet people from all over the world who are also learning Portuguese. No one is judging anyone here, we're all in the same boat! PT Esta aula é perfeita para quem já tem algum conhecimento da língua e quer praticar a conversação. Não importa se cometes erros, o importante é falarmos e ganharmos confiança. Nas sessões desenvolvemos atividades divertidas e interativas que nos ajudam a falar sobre uma variedade de temas. Falar sobre as nossas experiências de viagem, contar histórias engraçadas ou discutir assuntos da atualidade, há sempre algo interessante a acontecer na aula. Além disso, temos a oportunidade de conhecer pessoas de todo o mundo que também estão a aprender português. Ninguém aqui vai julgar ninguém, estamos todos no mesmo barco!

After this class, you’ll have learned

EN Students will benefit from a group lesson in Portuguese to practise their oral skills. In this context, they can improve their pronunciation, gain confidence in conversation and interact with peers, enriching their vocabulary and understanding of the language. In addition, learning in a group is motivating and promotes the sharing of experiences, making the learning process more enriching. PT Os estudantes vão beneficiar de uma aula de grupo em português para praticar as suas competências orais. Neste contexto, podem melhorar a pronúncia, ganhar confiança na conversação e interagir com colegas, enriquecendo o seu vocabulário e compreensão da língua. Além disso, aprender em grupo é motivador e promove a partilha de experiências, tornando o processo de aprendizagem mais enriquecedor.

Start speaking the language from day one with a professional certified teacher

For the last 15 years I’ve been teaching Portuguese and Spanish as a second or foreign language for different purposes: professional, academic, etc. I spent 5 years working as a Portuguese language trainer at the local UNHCR partner, Portuguese Refugee Council. A very challenging and enriching experience.
