Class description

This lesson is ONLY for students taking the ILETS exam it is not a conversation class. It is aimed at a level 5.5 to 7 We will be looking at the best way to answer section 1 questions for the oral part of the exam. In this lesson you will: ● Practice answering questions based on Part 1 of the IELTS Speaking test. ● Learn and practise some different ways to talk about houses, language for saying how lucky or unlucky you are, and phrases you can use when you don't understand a question. ● Practice pronouncing /ð/ as in "clothing" and /z/ as in "closing". ● Look at some example questions. ● How you can raise your grade with improved vocabulary. ● Practise some questions.

After this class, you’ll have learned

I AM NOT TEACHING AT PRESENT: I am a highly qualified teacher with almost 30 years of experience, having taught students from ages 6 to 80. I hold a BSc (hons) degree, a Masters in Education, a PGCE teaching qualification, as well as a TEFL certificate and the ILETS teaching qualification. As a teacher, I am known for being calm, supportive, happy, and positive in my approach to teaching.
