・英語をずっと勉強しているのに、ほとんど話せません。聞き取りしかできません。

・体がしんどいので、食べやすいものしか食べたくない。

こんな感じです！
英語のonlyに近いですね。

これだけ、ということを強調したい時に使います。
ぼくもよく使います。
