Сегодня Катя проснулась без четверти семь. Ей было плохо. У неё болела голова, болело горло. Катя взяла градусник, чтобы измерить температуру. У кати была высокая температура, 38 градусов. Поэтому Катя не пошла на работу. Она написала начальнику сообщение: «Здравствуйте, Иван Иванович! Я заболела. Сегодня я иду к врачу». Потом Катя выпила чашку горячего чая с мёдом. И снова легла в постель.

Vocabulaire
просыпаться/проснуться - se réveiller
чувствовать себя хорошо/плохо - se sentir bien/mal
голова – la tête 
горло – la gorge
градусник - thermomètre
чашка чая – une tasse de thé
холодный/горячий - froid/chaud

こんな感じですね。

いつもそうじゃない、ということを言いたい時に使えます。
