こんにちは～！マルハバ！サウジの日本語の先生、佳子です＾＾
みなさんー！元気ですかー？私はとっても元気ですよー！
今日のトピックは「誕生日パーティー」

先週土曜日、息子のいとこの誕生日だったので、誕生日パーティーに招待されて行ってきましたー！室内遊園地の施設内にあるパーティールームで行われました。サウジ人はパーティー好きなので、よく室内遊園地やマックにパーティールームがあるんですよね～。家族、クラスメート、その親と兄弟、メイドあわせて50人以上のとても大きなパーティーでした。日本にいたときは、幼稚園で誕生日会があったので、クラスメートを呼んでのパーティーはしたことがなかったし、小さい家族だったので、今回のパーティーの規模の大きさに驚きました。
3歳になった女の子のいとこは、ミニーマウス、ミッキーマウスが大好き。だから、ミニー、ミッキーをテーマにしたかわいいパーティーでした。ピンクの大きなバルーンアーチに名前入りのバルーン、大きなミニーの巨大特注ケーキ、ペットボトルや紙皿もミニー。子供たちにはミニーとミッキーのカチューシャが配られて、女の子はミニーの顔をペイントしてもらってました。息子は絶対いやーという感じでカチューシャつけなかったですけどね笑
人がある程度そろったら、輪投げと椅子取りゲームが始まりました。ダンスと音楽を楽しんで、そのあとはお待ちかねのケーキ。ミニー好きのいとこは目をキラキラさせながら、ろうそくの火を消していました。ケーキカットと思いきや、ケーキを食べる前に、子供たちは室内遊園地のプレイカードをもらって、フリータイム。息子はあまり遊ばなかったけど、みんな大はしゃぎで遊園地を楽しんでいました！
初めての外での誕生日パーティー、息子は少し緊張しながらも楽しんだようです！

Basta con moverte un poquito geográficamente dentro de latinoamerica para darte cuenta que lo que para ti significa algo en otro país significa algo completamente distinto.

En el siguiente episodio te invito a acercarte un poco mas al Ecuador conociendo sus expresiones, su jerga, y el contexto histórico de estas palabras.

私は4年ほど前から寒暖差アレルギーに悩まされています。
寒暖差アレルギーは英語で、vasomotor rhinitisというそうです。
気温の差が原因の鼻炎のようなものです。暖かい場所から寒い場所に移動すると鼻水やくしゃみがとまらなくなる、という症状があります。
私は特に冬、寒いときに外でジョギングをすると、毎回この寒暖差アレルギーがひどくなってしまいます。
漢方薬を飲むと、一時的に良くなりますが、ジョギングをするとまたひどくなってしまいます。
鼻水のせいで呼吸が上手くできないし、鼻をかみすぎて、鼻や口の周りも痛くなるし踏んだり蹴ったりです。
この寒暖差アレルギーを治すには、規則正しい生活をすることが一番大切だそうです。これは私にとって一番難しいことですが、今年は頑張って克服したいです。
