①雨が「上がる」
　雨が終わり、雨が止むこと
②どうぞ、「お上がり」ください。
　どうぞ入ってください。という意味
③風呂から「上がる」
　風呂から出ること
④物価が「上がる」
　物の値段が高くなること
⑤(初めての)スピーチで「上がる」
　人前に出たりして、緊張すること
⑥例を「あげる」
　例を出すこと、出して並べること
⑦結婚式を「あげる」
　結婚式をすること、結婚式を行うこと

これらが、「あげる」「あがる」のたくさんの使い方です。

Meditation - Setting your mind to win!

Have you ever experience an 'Alpha Level Meditation' before?

Beta, Alpha, Theta, and Delta brainwaves are different frequencies of electrical activity in your brain. They’re associated with different states of consciousness and mental activity. 

Think of them as different gears in a machine—each frequency corresponds to a different function or mental state.

Beta Waves (13-38 Hz): These are the fastest brainwaves, and you typically experience them when you’re alert, focused, and actively thinking

Alpha Waves (8-12 Hz): These are slower than beta waves, and you often experience them when you’re relaxed but still awake, like when you’re meditating or daydreaming peacefully. 

Theta Waves (4-7 Hz): These waves are slower than alpha waves and are associated with deep relaxation, light sleep, and a state of being very at ease.

Delta Waves (0.5-3 Hz): These are the slowest brainwaves and are primarily associated with deep sleep. You’re usually not consciously aware of much when these are dominant.


Your subconscious mind is programmed easily on the 'Alpha' level. Therefore, this type of meditation / relaxation / programming is going to influence your state / thinking much faster.

Use it daily if you can and in 30 days you'll be amazed at the result that you can achieve!

1) сього́дні – today (А сьогодні буде подкаст?);
2) звича́йно – sure;
3) щось ціка́ве – something interesting;
4) пам’ята́єш... – do you remember...;
5) я́сно – it’s clear;
6) впере́д! – let’s go!
7) напри́клад – for example (Наприклад, я – американець. Я розмовляю англійською. Значить, мова – англійська);
6) де – where (-А де ще англійська є офіційною мовою? -Багато де!);
7) бага́то – many, a lot of;
8) скла́дно – it’s hard;
9) cпро́буй – give it a shot!
10) молоде́ць – well-done! 
11) як бу́де «…» украї́нською? – how would you say “…” in Ukrainian?
12) тут – here (тут все просто – here everything is easy);
13) про́сто – easy (не так просто – not that easy);
14) тро́хи неочі́кувано – a nit unexpected;
15) шви́дко – quickly;
16) в ме́не урок ско́ро  – I have a lesson soon;
17) ува́га – attention;
18) пра́вда – true;
19) інфа́ = інформа́ція – information (slang)
20) зві́дки ти зна́єш сло́во «…»? – how do you know the word ‘”…”? (literally: from where…  звідки ти? = where are you from?)
21) це все твої́ подка́сти - that's all your podcasts;
22) мені́ час – I have to go now!
23) до зу́стрічі! – see you later!
24) тому́ – that is why…| тому що - because
