Утром он продолжил искать, и по следам на снегу смог найти сына. Мальчик сидел на дереве, потому что спасался от волков.

Explication du texte le lièvre et la tortue : 

Le Lièvre se vantait d’être, de tous les animaux,
Le plus rapide à la course.
Il s’apitoyait avec mépris sur la Tortue
à cause de sa lenteur.
Un jour, la Tortue le provoqua en disant :
« Si tu faisais la course avec moi,
Tu serais sûrement perdant. »
Le Lièvre s’en amusa,
Et comme il était de bonne humeur ce jour-là,
Il décida de relever le défi.
Peu après le départ,
Le Lièvre eut déjà une confortable avance.
Il ne voulut pas se fatiguer plus longtemps,
Et il s’installa confortablement au bord du chemin
pour se reposer.
Peu après, il s’endormit.
Quand il se réveilla,
Il s’affola et courut droit au but...
Pour y trouver la Tortue qui l’attendait.
Elle ne s’était pas attardée
Et elle avait suivi son chemin droit jusqu’au but.
C’est ainsi qu’elle se retrouva grande gagnante.

For the second year in a row, Taylor Swift has been named Spotify's most-played artist.

The streaming service has released its annual overview of individual listening trends as well as trends from around the world — called Spotify Wrapped.

Users can now see their top artists, songs, genres, albums and podcasts, as well as uncover which artists had the biggest year on the platform.

Swift was 2024's most-streamed artist globally, ranking in more than 26.6 billion streams. She was followed by The Weeknd, Bad Bunny, Drake and Billie Eilish.

Swift also earned the title of most-streamed album in 2024, with The Tortured Poets Department, while Sabrina Carpenter had the most-streamed song both in the US and globally this year, with her summer hit "Espresso." It was streamed more than 1.6 billion times.

For users who want to look back at their listening habits over the year, there were some new features to explore on Spotify Wrapped.

These include a new data story called "Your Music Evolution," which shows three distinct musical phases for each user, and a personalized playlist based on them.

People like to share their Spotify Wrapped data on social media, although this year some complained that the roundup was missing certain features they'd previously enjoyed.

Streaming now accounts for most of the money generated by the music industry — 84% in the United States, according to the Recording Industry Association of America, and 67.3% around the world, according to a 2024 report by the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry, which tracks global sales.

Spotify is the largest platform of all with a reported 626 million users and 246 million subscribers.

Elena, a data analyst on my business communication coaching roster, booked a session with a clear goal: secure a promotion to Senior Analyst. She possessed the technical skills, but her communication style lacked the persuasion needed to advocate for herself.

We started with the fundamentals.  
Step 1: 
Understanding the Audience. We analyzed the promotion criteria and researched the decision-makers. We discovered a focus on cost reduction and project efficiency.

Step 2: Framing the Value Proposition.  
Elena's technical skills were a given, but we needed to translate them into business impact.  We crafted a narrative highlighting how her data analysis led to a 15% reduction in marketing campaign overspend.

Step 3: Building Credibility.  
Facts and figures are powerful, but data presented in a vacuum loses impact.  We focused on data visualization, creating clear charts that showcased trends and connections.

Step 4: Delivery with Confidence.  
Technical expertise needs confident communication. We practiced her presentation, emphasizing vocal variety, strong eye contact, and body language that conveyed authority.

Step 5: The Anticipation Factor. 
We anticipated potential objections. What if they questioned her ability to manage a team?  We prepared responses that showcased her leadership potential through examples of mentoring junior colleagues.

The final coaching session was a mock interview. Elena, armed with her persuasive narrative and confident delivery, impressed. A week later, she excitedly reported landing the promotion.  Elena's success story is a testament to the power of combining technical expertise with effective communication.
