الهَوَا النْضِيف اللي مْنِتْنَفَسُه كِل صُبْح مَع رِيحِة الشَجَر الأخْضَر.
أو البَحر اللي ما بِينَام أَبَدًا و بيعْطِي شُعُور بِالحَيَاة والأَمَل لَكِل النَاس.
بَس للأسَف, الإنسان بِيسَاعِد على زِيَادِة التَلَوُّث اللي هُو أَكْبَر عَدُو للطَبِيعَة.

石川県の中心地は金沢市です。かつては「小京都」と呼ばれ、京都のような雰囲気（ふんいき）を観光の魅力（みりょく）としていました。ところが、2008年から、方針を変えたようです。奈良や鎌倉（かまくら）が、決して「小さい京都」ではないように、金沢は「金沢」、個性をアピールするようになりました。京都と似ているようで、そうではない金沢の風情（ふぜい）をお話したいと思います。

「旬（しゅん）の味覚」とは、その季節にしか食べられない食べ物のことです。
そして春の味覚は、寒い冬が終わることを教えてくれる食べ物。寒い地方に住む私たちにとって特別な食べ物です。

Today I talk about seasonal food which we can eat only a short period of time. Fukinotou, butterbur sprout, tells us the end of winter, which we can't wait.
