The meaning of Christmas

农历 nóng lì：The traditional Chinese calendar; the lunar calendar
元宵节 yuán xiāo jié：The Lantern Festival
正月 zhēng yuè：The first month of the lunar year
月圆 yuè yuán： full moon
五福 wǔ fú ：five blessings (longevity, wealth, health, love of virtue, and natural death)
鸿运 hóng yùn：good luck; great blessing
圆满 yuán mǎn：satisfactory; perfect
连连 lián lián：repeatedly;again and again; one after another

Habit stacking can be used to improve individual productivity (e.g., streamlining post-meeting follow-ups) or foster team-level behavioral change (e.g., implementing a daily huddle for information sharing). The effectiveness of this technique hinges on selecting appropriate trigger habits – frequent, consistent actions with minimal cognitive load. Additionally, target habits should be small, achievable actions to ensure successful integration and minimize disruption to existing workflows. Through repetition and positive reinforcement, habit stacking strengthens the association between the trigger and target behavior, ultimately leading to the desired routine becoming an automatic part of the workday.
