هَذَا الفَن يِسَاعِدَك للتَخَلُّص مِن القَلَق والتَوَتُر النَاتِجْ عَن مُحَاوَلَة إِرْضَاء النَاس أو السَعِي بِإِتِجَاه الكَمَال.
يِعْتَمِد فَن اللامبالاة عَلَى فِكْرَة إِنُّو تِقْبَل الحَيَاة بِكُلْشَي فِيهَا مِن تَحَدِيَات وصُعُوبَات والتَرْكِيز عَلَى الأشْيَاء المُمْكِن تَغيِيرَهَا وتَحْسِينَهَا.
يُعْتَبَر هَذَا الفَن وَسِيلَة لتَقْوِيَة الصِحَة النَفْسِيَة مِن خِلَال تَقْلِيل الضُغُوطَات الإِجْتِمَاعِيَة والشَخْصِيَة.

It contributes to building a strong, independent personality capable of making sound decisions.
