毎日、寒(さむ)いですね。

暖房をつけても、部屋が寒いなぁと思います。

暖房(だんぼう)とは・・

部屋をあたためることです。

みなさんは、家でどんな暖房(だんぼう)を
つかっていますか？

たとえば、エアコン、ヒーター、
セントラルヒーティング、こたつなど、ですね。

A:「うぅ、今日は寒いね。暖房をつけよう！」

B:「え、暖房？エアコンがもうついてるよ。」

A:「そうなの？でもまだ寒いから・・このヒーターもつけよう。」

といいます。

オンとオフは、つける、けすといいます。

みなさんの家では、どんな暖房をつけていますか？

Det måste finnas sätt som det går att rädda mat förutom "kort datum - quick sale" det måste förbättras kring lagar och regler som gör att mer mat kan räddas!! Sånt otroligt slöseri med jordens resurser för att bara i slutändan landa i en container.

有几件恢复能量的小事。第一件，和植物待一会。无论街边的树，家里的绿植，还是野外的花，都会让你感受到植物的宁静和能量。
第二件，向上看，再向上看。人类在向上看时会产生愉悦感。我们看向云朵，看向天空，眼光瞬间开阔。
第三件，自己待4分33秒。可以是家、公司、公园，闭上眼睛，打开计时器，倒数4分33秒，明显会放松，让人恢复力量。
第四件，轻松洗个澡。不管多么烦恼和焦虑，洗完澡好像坏心情通通不见了，格外舒展。
