最近、スマホを見ている時間が長くなっていませんか？
日本人の成人１０００人に対する調査で約５０％の参加者がスマホ依存症になっていて、本人がそのことに気づいていないという結果が出ました。
私もレッスンのリクエストが来ているかどうかを確認するために、よくスマホを見ています。ポッドキャストを投稿した直後もどれぐらいの人が聞いているのかが気になって、スマホを見てしまいます。
私もスマホ依存症になっていると言っても過言ではないです。

このスマホ依存症の問題はリラックスする時間が減ったり、勉強や他のことに集中できなくなることだと思います。
なので、たまにはスマホの電源をしばらく切ったり、スマホを家に置いて外出したりして、”デジタルデトックス”をした方がいいかもしれません。
スマホを置いて散歩に行くと、春が来たことをもっと実感できるかもしれませんね。

No episódio de hoje, vamos falar sobre aquela confusão mental que muita gente sente ao misturar uma língua que já domina com outra que ainda está aprendendo.
Se isso já aconteceu com você, saiba que é super comum (eu também já passei por isso!) . Vou compartilhar um pouco da minha experiência pessoal e comentar algo bem interessante que li sobre o tema.

    「空中帝国では、いまも争いがおこっている。ヨナヨナのいう とおりだ。
       それぞれの『好き』がちがうから争いがおこるんだ。
       なん年たっても、ずっとそのくりかえし。
       でもぼくらには『好き』という感情を捨てることはできない」

     「そして、空中帝国と『森』のあいだにある溝は、それよりももっと深い。
        このままでは世界はずっとバラバラのままだ。だけど.....」

カンパネラはヨナヨナをまっすぐに見すえていいました。
      「見つけたんだよ、ヨナヨナ」
      「.....見つけた？」
      「いや、もうすでに、ずっとずっとまえからあったんだ！」
      「なにがあったの？」
      「世界をつなぐ魔法だよ」
