今天我们来聊聊养生这个话题。养生是什么意思呢？词典说，养生就是摄养身心以长寿。这本来来自于传统中医的概念，如今在中国的年轻人中也是个热词。这是为什么？因为现在城市里的年轻人有很多的娱乐和诱惑，许多人喜欢享受夜生活，吃夜宵，泡酒吧，撸串烧烤等等。中国城市里极大的物质丰富的夜生活，让人目不暇接。

奶茶、汽水，炸鸡，蛋糕。这些美食不仅让人长胖，还会带来很多的健康问题。这些都使很多二三十岁的年轻人的身体状态亮起了红灯。看着出了问题的体检报告，原来大部分问题，都是生活方式的问题。于是，传统中医开始悄悄进入年轻一代的视野。保温杯里泡上枸杞，冬天来点儿红糖姜枣茶，夏天来点儿菊花茶，掉头发吃黑芝麻丸……各种养生小技能让年轻朋友们纷纷效仿。

其实，养生是一个历史悠久的大话题，属于中国传统医学。中医讲究药食同源，很多食物对人身体是有类似药物的作用的。许多食材用来泡水、煮粥、煲汤，各种功效纷繁复杂，但是也非常有意思。比如现在是冬天，如果你感觉身体总是冷，可以多吃热性食物，比如羊肉、生姜和红枣。

みなさんは「さっき」という言葉を聞いたことがありますか？「さっき起きました」「さっきまで勉強していました」など、「さっき」とは少し前という意味です。昨日より前に起こったことは「さっき」とは言いません。
では、「さっき」より前のことはどう言いますか？いつのことかを覚えている場合は「先週友達とご飯を食べました。」とはっきりとその時を示した方が分かりやすいと思います。いつのことか覚えていない場合は、「前に」や「この前」、「以前」などを使います。
例えば「前に会ったことがあります」「この前はじめてお寿司を食べました」「以前この場所に来たことがあります」と言います。ちなみに「前に」や「この前」、「以前」はニュアンスがそれぞれ少しずつ違うので自分で例文を作って練習したり、日本人がどのように使い分けているかを注意して聞いてみてください。

1) Dare una mano
significato: aiutare
esempio: mi puoi dare una mano a fare gli esercizi di matematica?
n.b. dare una mano (che vuol dire “aiutare”) ha un significato molto diverso dall’espressione “darsi la mano” che vuol dire letteralmente “stringere la mano di un’altra persona” e in senso figurato “darsi la mano” vuol dire “fare la pace”. 

2) Dare i numeri (“To go crazy” in inglese, “volverse loco” in spagnolo”)
Significato: 1) fare o dire cose senza senso 
2) arrabbiarsi
Esempio: 1) Mi sembra che stai dando i numeri! Non riesco a capire cosa vuoi dire! 
2) non so come fare a calmarla! Sta dando i numeri!



3) Dare ragione
Significato: riconoscere per vero o per giusto ciò che dice qualcuno. 
Esempio: Il professore ha ascoltato a fondo lo studente e infine gli ha dato ragione.


4) Dare fastidio
Significato: causare irritazione, disagio o nervosismo.
(in uso anche l’espressione “Dare noia”).
Esempi: 1)La musica alta mi da fastidio, potresti abbassare il volume?
2) Non mi dai fastidio: chiedimi pure ciò che vuoi.


5) Darsi delle arie
Significato: vantarsi di qualcosa
Esempio: Non sopporto quando Luca si da delle arie davanti agli altri: è così presuntuoso!

6) Dare a intendere ( o “darla a bere”)
Significato: far credere qualcosa a qualcuno
Esempi: 1) Non voglio darti a intendere che no ti voglio qui, ma puoi fare più silenzio per favore?
2) Non voglio darti a bere che sono ricco però posso dirti che non ho problemi economici.


7) Dare carta bianca a qualcuno
Significato: concedere la massima libertà di agire senza imporre alcun limite. 
Esempi: 1) Il mio capo mi ha dato carta bianca per sviluppare il mio nuovo progetto. 




8) Dare per scontato
Significato: pensare che qualcosa sia vero senza controllare.
Esempi: 1) Non dare per scontato che ti aiuterò, devo ancora decidere!
