Wanneer je omhoogkijkt naar de lucht, onthoud dan dat je er niet als enige naar kijkt. 
We kijken allemaal naar dezelfde zon en dezelfde maan. We delen dezelfde ruimte en ademen dezelfde lucht. Denk dus nooit dat er niemand is die zich met jouw ervaring kan identificeren. Als je heel goed oplet zal je deze mensen vanzelf tegenkomen en herkennen. Dit zal vanzelf gaan zolang je niet aan het proberen bent om iemand anders te zijn dan wie je bent. Wees je authentieke zelf en je “stamleden” zullen je veel makkelijker kunnen herkennen.

You are part of a bigger picture
When you look up at the sky, remember that you’re not the only one looking at it. 
We all look at the same sun and the same moon. We share the same space and we breath the same air. So never think that there isn’t anyone who can relate to your experience. If you really pay attention, you will undoubtedly find these people. As long as you aren’t trying to be someone you are not. Being your authentic self will make it easier for your “tribe members” to find you.

1. Avoid giving solutions

People are not interested ( until they ask ) what you think about XXX...Sometime they just want to share and they want to be heard, give them this opportunity to shine!

2. Using coaching strategies to lead your team. Too many managers try to keep their teams in the state of fear - causing demotivation and resistance ( I've share a bit of my story in the podcast)

3.  Agree and add

People want to know that they are listened to, therefore, agree with them and add in further information if relevant.

Try it on for size (an idiom, stands for: To try, use, or consider something in order to make a decision or form an opinion about it. Likened to putting on a garment to see if it fits.) so try these tips for yourself and see how you'll like it.

はい、こんにちは。洋平先生です。えー、今日はN５向けの練習を、作ったんですけども、それをですね、N2の生徒にも見せたんですが、 N5の生徒と同じように混乱（こんらん）していました。ですから、今日は皆さんにその問題をシェアしたいと思います。ま、問題というか練習ですね。えー、ある会話をひらがなだけで書いたんです。 漢字なしです。
えー、特に中国人、台湾人の生徒にとってはむずかしいんじゃないでしょうかね。 
はいじゃ、えーっとー、文が書いてあると思うんで、それをまず皆さん、このポットキャストをストップして読んでみてください。
 
A：ふつかかん、ふくをかえていませんから、ふくをかえたいです。
B：わかりました。じゃ、かえってかえましょう。
A：あ、かえるまえにパンをかいたいです。
 
はい、オッケーですか、じゃあ、私が読みますね。
 
はい、どうですか。えー、漢字付きの会話もえー、下に書きましたんで、見ておいてください
 
で、ここで使っている動詞が3つあります。
・替（か）えます　・帰ります　・買います 

ですねえ、この3つの動詞なんですけども、初心者、中級者、上級者みんな、混乱（こんらん）してしまいますね。
はい。じゃちょっと活用、conjugation、してみましょう。
て形ですね。まずて形。
「替えます」のて形→「替えて」　
「帰ります」のて形→「帰って」　
「買います」のて形→「買って」 
 
ですねどうですか、ちゃんとみんな覚えてますか。はい。で、この3つの可能動詞、potential verb ですね。
「替えます」が→「帰られます」
「帰ります」が→「帰れます」
「買います」が→「買えます」
 
です、 どうですか。これを会話の中で、とても早い会話の中でちゃんと使えていますか。なかなか
難しいんじゃないでしょうか。はい。上級者になっても、こういう基礎（きそ）的な 単語を忘れずに復習することはとても大切です。 
え、またくり返しになりますが、これ、上級者でもよく混乱（こんらん）しています。はい、じゃあ

A：2日間、服を替（か）えていませんから、服を替（か）えたいです。
