I'll give you some basic rules and tips so that you start using them correctly. Are you ready?

There are a number of useful phrases you can use when you want to give your views about controversial subjects. Here are some examples:

I strongly believe that...
As far as I am concerned...
I'm strongly against...
I'm strongly in favor of...
I'm convinced that would work because...
I'm not convinced that would work because...
I'm skeptical of the idea that...
I must admit I think...

amend: to change something, to improve it

Phrases:

in my element: to be around something you're completely comfortable with
to seek someone out: to search for a specific person
third wheel: an extra person on a date with the couple
