Hey Guys, this is Chinese teacher Cara, welcome to my Channel, today we’ll go through some useful expressions about covid. 嗨大家好，我是Cara, 欢迎收听我的频道，今天想跟大家一起讨论关于新冠病毒的一些常用表达。
So we already know covid in Chinese is 新冠xīn guàn.In Chinese we have two verbs to pair with covid when we talk about it.

Have 得dé / catch感染gǎn rǎn

I have covid.我得了新冠。wǒ dé le xīn guàn。/我感染了新冠。wǒ gǎn rǎn le xīn guàn。

I hasn't gotten covid yet: 我还没有感染新冠。wǒ hái méi yǒu gǎn rǎn xīn guàn。

I am well now./ I’m over it.我现在好了。wǒ xiàn zài hǎo le。

But in daily life we have more colloquial expression, you can use the vocabulary 阳。

I have covid. 我阳了。（colloquial）

I had covid last month. 我上个月阳过了。（过means sth you‘ve experienced in the past）

I hasn't gotten covid yet.我还没有阳。（colloquial）

I am well now. 我阳康了。wǒ yáng kāng le。（colloquial，康is 康复recover）

직장 생활
직장 생활을 시작한 지 얼마 되지 않았을 때, 나는 모든 것이 낯설고 두려웠다. 사무실 문을 열고 들어서는 순간부터, 내게 주어진 작은 일 하나하나가 큰 도전처럼 느껴졌다. 보고서를 작성하는 법도, 상사에게 어떻게 보고해야 하는지도 몰라 혼란스러웠다. 그러나 다행히도, 선배들은 나를 그냥 내버려 두지 않았다. "이렇게 하면 더 좋아."라며 작은 팁을 전해주었고, 나는 그들의 조언을 귀담아듣고 따라 하며 조금씩 성장해 나갔다.
업무 지시를 받으면 처음에는 당황스러웠다. 부장님이 "이 보고서를 작성해 보게."라고 말씀하셨을 때, 어떻게 시작해야 할지 몰랐다. 하지만 차근차근 자료를 찾아보며 시도했고, 선배가 세세하게 도와주면서 마침내 보고서를 완성할 수 있었다. 그렇게 한 가지씩 배워 나갔다.

협업이란 무엇인지도 직장 생활을 통해 깊이 깨달았다. 혼자서 모든 일을 처리하려 했던 적이 있었지만, 시간이 부족했다. 결국 팀원들에게 도움을 요청했다. 다행히도 모두가 흔쾌히 맡은 역할을 해주었고, 우리는 함께 프로젝트를 성공적으로 마칠 수 있었다. 그때, 혼자가 아니라 함께 일하는 것이 얼마나 중요한지 몸소 경험했다.
시간이 지나면서 후배가 들어왔고, 나는 그들에게 업무를 가르쳐야 하는 입장이 되었다. 신입사원이 처음 실수를 했을 때, 나도 모르게 선배들이 내게 해주었던 것처럼 친절히 설명해 주었다. 그렇게 가르치면서 나 역시 더 많은 것을 배울 수 있었다.
고객을 상대하는 일도 쉽지 않았다. 어느 날, 한 고객이 급하게 요청한 일이 있었지만 나 혼자 해결할 수 없는 일이었다. 당황스러웠지만 매니저에게 도움을 요청했고, 그는 빠르게 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 도와주었다. 고객을 대하는 태도와 문제 해결 능력의 중요성을 그때 처음 제대로 깨달았다.
이 모든 경험이 쌓이면서 나는 점점 더 성장하고 있다는 것을 느낀다. 처음에는 어렵고 실수도 많았지만, 배워가며 적응해 나가는 과정 자체가 의미 있었다. 직장 생활은 단순히 일을 하는 것이 아니라, 함께 배우고 성장하는 여정임을 이제는 알 것 같다. 앞으로도 많은 도전을 마주하겠지만, 그 속에서 더 단단해질 나를 기대해 본다.
