We often think of feedback as a scary thing that is reserved for end of year performance reviews and appraisals. However, the best teams in the world make both negative and positive feedback a key part of their company culture.

Today we’re going to hear some tips and ideas for how to give feedback to your colleagues. There's a video on TikTok in which a user takes a jar of seasoning called "Everything But the Bagel" and carefully separates the ingredients into small piles to find out the secret to the recipe.

The video has been viewed almost 2 million times — a sign of just how popular this seasoning mix, made by US company Trader Joe's, has become.

People like to put it on top of bagels and use it in lots of different meals.

However, fans of the mix have been finding out that it's not welcome everywhere in the world.

Signs have been posted at Incheon Airport in Seoul, telling passengers they can't bring jars of the seasoning into the country.

The reason is that one of the ingredients is banned in South Korea.

The mix contains things like sesame seeds, dried garlic, dried onion and salt — but poppy seeds are the problem.

Poppy seeds are banned in South Korea because they are narcotic-related items, according to the airport. The ban is not new but travelers have said that airports are now cracking down on the seasoning mix.

The seeds are also banned in a number of other countries, including Saudi Arabia and Singapore.

The poppy plant is used to make drugs like heroin and morphine, although the seeds don't contain any opiates.

However, the country worries that the seeds could be contaminated by opiates.

In fact, in the US, members of the armed forces have been advised not to eat products containing poppy seeds in case they affect the results of drug tests.

Drug tests can be very sensitive but experts say that it would be almost impossible to eat enough poppy seeds to feel any narcotic effect.

学习中文的你，听说过“早恋”这个词吗？这个词的意思，其实就是青少年时期的恋爱。这个词在中文中的意思，隐含着一种社会性的不认可。确实，多年以来，青春期孩子的“早恋”，让中国的老师和家长都如临大敌。

青少年情窦初开，喜欢上了同龄的异性，本来就是非常自然的事情。但是多年以来，在中国的大多数学校里，这样的事情都是被严厉禁止的。大人们担心“早恋”会影响孩子的学习成绩，更别提出现过早的性行为，导致严重后果了。虽然，这样的担心不无道理，但是，严厉禁止更有可能酿成大祸。因为心理学上有个效应，就是越被强力阻止的恋爱，越容易促进关系的发展。多年以来家长和老师对待“早恋”的高压政策，并没有实质性的改善这个现象。

其实，这样的现象主要归因于大人们的教育方式的问题。高压、禁止早恋，不是正确的教育方式。我想，正确的方式是善于引导孩子，让他们能正确的认识这个问题。对孩子的两性教育也是非常的重要，应该从小学阶段开始。这样的话，到了孩子开始喜欢异性的时候，就能够正确面对。青春期的孩子应该充分了解到此时谈恋爱可能会给自己的人生带来的影响，比如影响成绩导致影响升学，过早的性行为可能造成的严重后果等。但是话说回来，早恋代表着孩子开始长大成人，并开始探索亲密关系和什么是真正的爱。在我看来，这就是“早恋”的积极一面。只是希望中国的父母能更开明一些，不要过于的控制孩子的生活。近两年来，其实很多的中国家长已经能做的很好了，不过于干涉青少年的生活，让他们自由自信地成长。
