みなさん、こんにちは。
２０２４年をむかえて　早くも１か月が過ぎようとしています。
新年をむかえたら、このpodcastで　新年の抱負を話して、毎週１回アップするぞ！と　心に決めていた私は　いったい　どこに行ってしまったんでしょう？
今日はすでに　１月２８日です。　今年になって４回目の日曜日の朝です。
そして、今年のpodcastの　なんと！　第１回目なんですね～
やりかけてすぐやめてしまうことを「３日坊主」といいますが、私の場合、
３日坊主にもならない・・・　意志薄弱・・・　怠け者・・・　と　自分を卑下するのは
この辺でやめておきましょう。

みなさんは、２０２４年　どんなスタートを切られたでしょうか。
私は　この１月を振り返ると、３つのゾーンに分けることができます。
まず、１つめのゾーンは　お正月休みーのんびり過ごす
つぎのゾーンは、新学期―はりきって働く
そして、３つめのゾーンが　病気―コロナで寝込む！　でした。

そうなんです。今更ながら　コロナにかかってしまったんですね～
ある日の夕方６時ごろ、突然　のどに違和感が…。イガイガと痛い感じがし始めました。　翌日は、実は健康診断で胃カメラの予定でしたので、９時までに薬を飲まなくていけませんでした。それで、急いで薬局で　のどのかぜ薬とドリンク剤を購入し、飲みました。
しかし、その甲斐もなく、深夜２時ごろ　苦しくて目が覚めました。体温計を探して、熱を測ると、３８．５℃もありました。　半年も前から予約していた胃カメラ、受けられないなあ、とぼんやり考えながら、体が辛くて　うんうん　唸っていました。
翌日の朝、病院に電話すると、コロナとインフルエンザの検査をするので夕方５時に来てくださいとのこと。　なんでも、熱が出てから１２時間以上過ぎていれば、新型コロナとインフルエンザを１回で同時に検査できるのだとか。　便利なキットが開発されているんですね。　ありがたや～。
５時に病院に行くと、通常の診察室ではない階段の踊り場で　待つように言われました。しばらくすると、　防護服に身を包んだ看護師さんが　やってきました。そして、　細長い棒状の検査キットを　ぐいっ、ぐりぐりっと鼻に突っ込まれました。
５分ぐらい経ったころに、いつものおじいちゃん先生の声が、「ナダニさん、コロナ陽性。」と言うのが聞こえ、くっきりと2本の線が現れた検査キットを見せられました。
「隔離ね。家族と接触しないように」との指示に、「何日ぐらいですか」と尋ねると、
「5日って言ってるけどね、本当は10日ね！」とおっしゃる。
それから、4日間、熱が続き、5日目には　ようやく平熱にまでさがりました。でも、くしゃみ、鼻水、咳が　けっこう激しい上に、熱の間ほとんど食べていなかったので、エネルギー切れで動けませんでした。確かに10日は　休まないとだめだなあと思いました。
日本語学校とitalkiで予約をしてくれていた人たちには、迷惑をかけてしまいました。　この場を借りて、お詫び申し上げます。ごめんなさい。また、レッスン来てください。
もう元気になりました！　インターネットのレッスンでは、コロナは移りませんので、安心して来てください。
冬の寒い時期は、コロナ、インフルエンザ、ノロウイルス、ロタウイルスなどウイルス系の感染症が流行ります。　手洗い、うがい、マスクをして　ウイルスをもらわないように　気を付けたいものですね。

每个人多多少少都有一些烦恼，不同年龄的人烦恼的事情可能不太一样。今天我们来听听一个采访，从5岁到90岁的人，聊聊他们人生的难题。采访有点长，我们分两次听，今天先听5岁到40岁的。
5岁：能不能不去上学啊？
10岁：我都这么大了，还要上学，所以应该没有办法了，就是要上一辈子学。我的人生难题是我以后上清华还是北大呀。
15岁：你先能考上初中再说吧。我喜欢我们班上的一个男生，他好像不喜欢我。
22岁：有可能是他不喜欢女生啊。（我的难题是）找不到男朋友。
25岁：找不着挺好的。因为找着也得分，挺不靠谱的，你还不如25岁找完了直接就结婚呢。
25岁：我想给我爸妈买房。我就想知道那些三十岁的人是怎么做到的。
30岁：你应该去问四十岁的人。我也没钱。我感觉自己到了人生的瓶颈期，比较迷茫。
40岁：在这个年龄有这种感觉我特别懂，不过，不要怕，坚持就是胜利。因为未来还有更大的瓶颈。我从15岁半就开始工作挣钱了。当过歌手，很有趣；当过演员，也很有趣；现在当导演了，也很有趣。我的疑问就是，我什么时候可以退休啊。
