Or should I say;
Did you dye your hair?

“Have you had your hair dyed” is grammatically correct but it does not come off as casual. Native speakers would more likely use you other 2 examples. Great job 👏😀

You would simply ask ….. have you dyed your hair?

Have you got your hair dyed?
Or
Have you had your hair dyed?
Both are correct, but instead of did, have should be used.
