Are these sentences grammatically correct and natural enough? ▪ In brief, I am going to say, these three have similarity to one thing, i.e all these three things: culture, custom and tradition are passed down from generation to generation. That being said, they are still different and have their own unique characteristics. Last but not the least, I came to the conclusion that I differ with the people who think culture, custom and tradition are the same.

Some people believe that culture, customs and tradition - which are passed down the generations - are essentially the same thing. However, I feel that, although they are similar, they each have their own unique characteristics.
I have tried to simplify your ideas, to present them in a clearer, more concise way. Although the meaning in your version, was perfectly clear, the expression of your ideas seemed to me to be unnecessarily wordy. Of course this is just one version and there are certainly many others. 🙂
