It's a joke about the names of breakfast cereals. Al says "cheerio" (an old-fashioned English greeting) to greet Tim. It sounds like "Cheerios" (which is the name of a cereal.) So Tim says "Frosted.Flakes" to Al (it's the name of another breakfast cereal.)
