People who have been learning second language from their childhood usually know this language better than ones who start their learning process at more mature age. They can even become as good communicators as native speakers, in spite of the fact that their target language isn’t spoken by their relatives.
I‘ve seen loads of videos where little children speak in different languages with natives like they are ones. On those TV-shows parents always said, that they had decided their kids to learn languages so early just to receive cooler results faster. And I think it makes sense, the sooner the better.
