🌷Personally, I would say cutting down on carbohydrate in the diet as it is known as a factor causing weight gain. In addition, it's essential to shorten sugar, especially if you are a sweet tooth. If we notice, we'll find sugar everywhere such as the processed food, and even in popcorn we are always craving for. Reduce the amount of sugar we are eating since it is considered addictive and can activate the brain's reward system. Sugar is not good for our skin and has aging effect.
